Current State (as advised by The Scout Association and National Youth Agency)

As of May 17th we are at YELLOW status: meaning that face-to-face meetings indoors are permitted, but with restrictions on numbers. See scouts.org.uk for more details.

What this means – Scouting

All sections are meeting physically at their usual times. Section sizes may be restricted to comply with social distancing rules.

What this means – Hall Bookings

Our Hall is now open to bookings from all users with restrictions on numbers to maintain social distancing. See our Hall Information page for more information. Prior to 21st June, our modified booking conditions will apply. See Hall Booking Conditions for more information.

What’s next?

The current guidance from The Scout Association and UK Government indicates that Face to Face scouting indicates the following:

  • Our Hall should reopen for all other classes of users from 17th May with restricted capacity
  • All restrictions will be removed from 21st June.

Hall Reopening Plan

You can see how we are planning to reopen our hall at this page.
